It's easy to return an item if you're not satisfied. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Simply return the item for exchange, refund, repair, or credit. Please note that returns are accepted within 14 days from shipped date for domestic orders and 30 days from shipped date for international orders.

Shipping Restriction
We ship both locally and internationally. We offer several shipping methods to meet your need.

Delivers within 1 to 3 working days for domestic orders.
Delivers within 10 to 14 working days for international orders.

You may choose to pickup your package from us. Please provide your order details and call our sales department to inform that you want to pickup your package in person.
